Built for This: Debate, Dialogue, and the Constitution

Celebrate Constitution Day with the Bill of Rights Institute on September 17, 2024, from 11-2 PM ET

Constitution Day Live! is a hybrid streaming program that features direct live engagement with educators and students coupled with pre-recorded segments and published in-class materials to promote the study of the Constitution and Constitutional issues on Constitution Day.

This Year's Theme will follow how the Constitution facilitates the process of disagreement, debate, and compromise!

Constitution Day Live will include segments from:

  • Yuval Levin
  • Eric Meyer
  • BRI Student Fellows
  • and other special guests!

Questions to be explored:

  • What structures and institutions helped ensure the government would be stable, trusted, and respect the rights of individuals?
  • How do these institutions continue to function today? How are they maintained?
